Central Coast Hypnobirth Group Course: 15th & 16th March

This group course will run over one weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Course length is approx 12hrs total.

Includes:

Our group classes offer empowering positive birth education for you and your partner as you prepare for your birth.

• 12 hour group sessions for the expectant person and birth partner.

• Up-to-date Hypnobirthing Australia Resource Folio, including course notes, practice materials, and Visualisations, along with exclusive resources from Central Coast Hypnobirth.

• Relaxation/self-hypnosis tracks from Hypnobirthing Australia (2 albums) featuring music and affirmations.

• Phone and email assistance available right up to and during your birth, with the option for a birth debrief.

• Extra support for specific situations such as Additional Fear Release, Caesarean Birth, or Breach turn session.

• Access to the exclusive Facebook group for Central Coast Hypnobirth.

You and your birth partner will receive the knowledge, tools, and support necessary to help you birth with confidence and support.

We suggest starting your birth education between 25 and 36 weeks.

Course Investment:

$550 (GST included) for you and your selected birth partner - (A $150 deposit is necessary at the time of booking. To reserve your spot for you and your chosen birth partner, please select 1 ticket below.)

The outstanding $400 course fee will be billed to you and must be paid one week prior to the start of your class.

Refreshments and light snacks provided and a 1 hr. lunch break provided (fridge and microwave available if you wish to bring lunch), alternatively there are food options for lunch located in the area.
