Our Courses
Our Central Coast Hypnobirthing Birth classes are a modern, evidence based, down-to-earth, independent childbirth education program that gives you and your birth companion the tools and knowledge for a positive and supportive pregnancy and birth experience.
Our Central Coast Hypnobirth courses are inclusive of ALL births and can help you prepare for a physiological birth, birth with medical pain relief, Induction of labour as well as Caesarean Birth. You and your birthing partner will be educated and feel super informed about the process of birth and the choices that you can make during pregnancy and at the time of your labour to prepare and create the birth that you want.
We recommend booking your course anywhere from 25 weeks on wards

Group Hypnobirth Course
The Hypnobirthing Australia program is a comprehensive 12 hour course taught over 2 days in either Kincumber or Erina.
It combines deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, specific breathing techniques, massage, acupressure, critical thinking and decision making techniques and partner involvement for a positive, informed birth.

Birth Essentials
Our exclusive one-day birth education course designed to empower couples with evidence-based knowledge on pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and newborn essentials. designed to equip you with evidence-based knowledge. Our course is tailored to equip you with the essential tools and knowledge needed for a positive and informed childbirth experience.

Online & Refresher Course
If you are unable to make one of our Group Hypnobirthing courses or you have done a Hypnobirthing course previously or if you feel you would like more individual support on your journey to birth, we do offer private one-on-one course options.
These sessions can be held in our Copacabana birth studio, online or in your home
